They were the same trees that were there the 5 years earlier when I bought the house that they had no problem with . Then they cancelled my policy . "I had a unique situation that had me looking for insurance on a car that I purchased that very little insurance companies finance. I went online and got a quote through State Farm. The rates were reasonable and I would have probably purchased on that alone. However what set them apart from others around the same price was Ryan. I'll be honest, I hate doing phone conversations or handling anything out of the digital space as phone calls require coordination and both parties being free. That being said I was excited to chat with Ryan because I was able to explain some details that you just can't get with an online quote, such as that I'll only use the vehicle during certain times of the year and others it will be stored. He was able to walk me through policy changes and options. The best part was (and normally I hate being upsold) he was able to articulate that bringing home and auto made a significant decrease in my overall spend and also gave me a single source of bills, contacts and so on.
